PRODUCT:
Perforated Metals are manufactured from Ferrous/Non Ferrous/ Stainless Steel/CRCA/Brass/Aluminium/Copper/Plastics etc. Normally perforating process is carried out on sheets and plates. However these are also available in Strips and Coils. We also manufacture perforated and ladder type of cable trays in various configurations.
STRIPS AND COILS:
Besides perforation on sheets and plates we also produce perforate strips in metals, plastic, PVC, etc., in coil form or in cut length sizes to suit customers' special requirements.
In many applications where small pieces are cut from bigger sizes of sheets these strips have proved very useful economically as well as performance-wise. Desired border can be maintained on width of the strip which is absolutely bow free and straight.
In tea garden machineries such as tea dryers, these strips have been found of utmost use. These tea trays are available in different width, length, thickness and perforations. For further information please contact our SALES PERSONNEL.
CABLE TRAYS:
It can be easily fixed to any structure. Peacock Cable Trays form a continuous chassis for the speedy and efficient fixing of electric cables and wires. They not only simplify initial installation, but also enable additions or re-arrangements to be effected with the utomost ease and speed without further drilling or plugging.
PROCESS:
Perforated Metals are manufactured on high speed automatic perforating machines with the help of perforating tools. For Perforating sheet thickness up to 2.00mm perforating across the width is carried out while for thickness above 2.00mm normally perforating is carried out in rows across the length. We are equipped to carry out both these processes. In addition to this, we also undertake post-perforating process like re-shearing / straightening / notching / forming etc.
FINISH:
In case of applications where special finish like electroplating/powder-coating/anodizing is required the same can be provided at additional cost.
